A Conversational AI Assistant
Webflow’s AI Assistant now functions like a real partner in your workflow. Beyond generating copy and layouts, it can help debug, generate code, and even spin up full app components. Think less of a “helper” and more of a co-pilot for development and design.

AI-Powered SEO
Visibility is a constant battle, and Webflow’s new SEO tools lean on AI to make sites more discoverable. These updates focus on:
- Improving machine readability for search engines and AI agents
- Auto-suggesting metadata and structured content
- Generating schema markup based on page content to boost SEO and AI-readability
- Helping teams spot accessibility gaps that could hurt ranking

The Next-Gen CMS
Webflow’s CMS has been re-architected for scale. This overhaul introduces:
- Greater flexibility in structuring and editing content
- Improved performance for sites with large or complex collections
- Better collaboration tools for editors and marketers
It’s a signal that Webflow is aiming to compete more directly with enterprise-grade CMS platforms. Next gen CMS will be available to Webflow users later this year.
Components Meet Code
For developers, code components are a game-changer. React components can now live directly on the canvas, unlocking deeper customization without breaking visual workflows. A new multi-context Component canvas makes it easier to manage design systems across teams.
Real-Time Collaboration
Webflow now supports real-time editing, so teammates can work on the same project simultaneously with no more version-control headaches. Paired with new comment-only review links, clients and stakeholders can leave feedback directly on live projects without needing a Webflow account. Together, these updates streamline collaboration and speed up approval cycles, making Webflow feel closer to the fluid teamwork of tools like Figma.

Smarter Interactions
Interactions got an upgrade, too:
- GSAP controls for advanced animation handling
- Accessibility settings baked into motion design
- Optimized code loading for faster site performance
- Lottie updates for richer microinteractions
Interactions with GSAP will be available to Webflow users later this year.

Analyze and Forms Upgrades
Webflow Analyze now uses AI to surface referral insights and track conversion goals to help teams connect design decisions with outcomes. On the forms side, new features include:
- A spam inbox to filter junk
- More granular notification controls
- Better ways to manage submissions at scale
AI-Powered Code Generation
Webflow’s AI is now capable of generating reusable code components and even full app functionality from prompts. This bridges the gap between low-code and full-code, giving developers a faster way to scaffold complex logic while still keeping everything maintainable inside Webflow.

Multi-Context Component Canvas
A new multi-context Component canvas lets teams edit components outside of a page and instantly preview how style or content changes cascade across projects. This is a big step toward scaling design systems in Webflow without losing visibility into global updates. Component canvas will be available to Webflow users later this year.
Why It Matters

With tools like AI-generated schema, real-time collaboration, and a re-architected CMS, Webflow is reducing technical barriers while giving developers, marketers, and designers more control. These updates make it easier to build at scale, future-proof for AI and SEO, and keep collaboration seamless across teams.
