Z-Index

Z-index controls the stacking order of elements on a web page. Higher numbers sit “on top” of lower ones—useful for modals, sticky navs, or any overlapping elements. In Webflow, z-index can be adjusted visually, but it’s still helpful to understand how it behaves under the hood.
